In 1994, “Special Moments Are Worth Capturing”, is where it all began.  T.L.C. is a small family business that has proven to be comparable to some of the giants in Pittsburgh and its surrounding communities. 

In the mid 1990’s, T.L.C. Productions emerged with its memorable wedding videography.  With the increased need to incorporate photos into various projects, T.L.C. added its wedding and portrait photography services.  Since then, T.L.C. has been providing video and photography services for weddings, family reunions, senior portraits and proms, sport highlights and church functions, to name a few.
